1 cup steamed rice


Lunch
1 serving ginataang malunggay with fried fish
1 cup steamed rice


Snack
1 dill pickle sandwich
1 tall passion full leaf tea
1 sky flakes fit
2 pieces palitaw




I added 2 packets of honey in my tea. <3


Dinner
1 serving beef with green peas and cashew
1 cup steamed rice

1 bowl oatmeal with banana and honey

1 glass iced tea
1 piece krispy kreme donut




I ate the messed-up donut on the left and it was yummy!! :)


Dinner
1 serving pinapayahang manok
1 cup steamed rice


My verdict:
Improving? Can still improve.
