I read somewhere that it is quite helpful for those trying to lose weight to take note of what they eat. It was said that doing this helps the person be more aware of what they are feeding their bodies.
Now, I am really wanting to fix my dreary lifestyle. I want to be strong again and be more active. My goal is to climb again without feeling super heavy and sick tired. But rather, I plan to go back to mountainclimbing and be active all over again - feeling energized and with a wealth of endurance and agility.
Ok, so because of this, I figured to use my blog as my food diary. I will document the foods that I consumed for the day (starting today, Nov 26, until February 3). And when I choose to go back to running, I will include a note about that too.
So, jumping right in:

Dinner
1 bowl sinigang na hipon
1/2 cup steamed rice
1 cup instant coffee
Snack
1 kool joy candy
Lunch
3 pieces sotanghon lumpia (supersuper good! :D)
1/2 cup mushroom and sausage pasta (yumminess c/o Ate B)
Snack
1 grande passion hot tea (my cold weather favorite)
1 Starbucks gingerbear
Breakfast
1 pork and cabbage omelette
1 cup fresh lumpia with 1/4 cup peanut sauce
1 fried lumpia
My verdict:
Well, obviously, today is a total binge day.
Sadsadsad.
Well, there's always tomorrow to be good, right?
